Our Focus
Expansion and Growth –
In this new millennium, Matlhaba HR Solutions has embarked on an ambitious strategy. It is our intention that the future will see us:
- Offer Skills Development programmes throughout South Africa and across the borders
- Continue to renew our accreditation with QCTO for Occupational Qualifications
- Seek strong alliances and collaboration with the like- minded training and business partners both locally and abroad.
Recruitment of Facilitators/Trainers –
Skills programmes, policies, approaches, tools etc, are only fully efficient if they are implemented by competent and efficient personnel.
- The roles of facilitators will be arranged from just a transmitter of knowledge to someone capable of stimulating a group by such teaching methods as role playing, case studies and simulations
- The recruitment of facilitators is a serious matter, and we have to make a distinction between those who are more or less permanently involved and those who are asked to work on a free-lance basis
- Staff assigned to facilitate any programmes should be suitably qualified and have a long term experience in the field covering the subject of the training course concerned.
Evaluation –
When a training programme has been delivered it is important to know whether the programme has met the expectation of the learner/trainees and of the client.
- When trainees/learners return to the company it is hoped that he/she will be able to be positive and enthusiastic about the skills programme
- To identify whether the skills programme really fulfils the needs of the learners, it is recommended that learners will be asked to fill a Questionnaire about various items of the skills programme such as content, organization, facilitator, method, location before he/she leaves the class. The results of these questionnaires may lead to an adjustment of training programme
- The method of evaluation will be a permanent part of every skills programme.
